PRINCE2 (Projects IN Controlled Environments) is a structured project management method which segregates the management features of project work from the specialist contributions, such as design and construction.

Our 3-day PRINCE2 Foundation course provides a classroom lectures along with real time case studies, assignments, additional reading materials, and exam preparation material. Participants in this course will learn about the PRINCE2 methodology, and will also learn the skills needed to practically apply this knowledge in real life.

The Foundation level is the first of the two PRINCE2 examinations you are required to pass to become a PRINCE2 Practitioner. The exam is based on the 2009 edition of Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2.

This exam is designed to measure whether you would be able to act as an informed member of a project team using the PRINCE2 method within a project environment supporting PRINCE2.

The exam format is as follows:

  • Multiple choice
  • 75 questions per paper
  • 5 questions to be trial and not counted in scores
  • 35 marks required to pass (out of 70 available) - 50%
  • 1 hour duration
  • Closed book.
